Hi!
Is the 'strangeness' parameter in the sample sheet required, and what does it affect in the analysis?
I have a set of FASTQ files, but I'm missing information about the library preparation. I'm wondering if the 'strangeness' parameter is necessary for the analysis, and what it would affect if I don't have it.
