redundant values for Reactive Species #24

As noted by Kenneth at Rancho:

Avian
Chicken

Bovine
Cow

Canine
Dog

Monkey
Non-human primate

Pig
Porcine

These values are both in the schema and are redundant. I recommended we go with the "common"/simpler name, so chicken, cow, dog, monkey, pig
