Basically, do assessing on our own before even sending manifest to schematic.

• Check that template can be found in the current model (given name changes, being removed, etc.) since that'll be a good thing to do before even sending it so schematic, and more informative.
• Potentially more reinterpretation of confusing schematic errors (though better if schematic provides good errors at the source).
