Upgrade of default project fileviews for schematic functionality

Local project fileviews are currently not usable as an asset_view for schematic (current definition), though they can easily be retrofitted to come up to spec. For future ones, they should be created to include these changes:

• Entity types need to additionally include folders.
• contentType needs to be in schema
• path should already be in schema by default for new ones since it is now part of default set of columns. (schematic plans to use this)

Use case:
Allow potentially moving away from one single master fileview, which is seeing scalability problems.
