Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
@jaybee84 needs to create a few folders in multiple projects with standardized names and permissions to house released, unreleased, and under review processed 'omics data. Some folders have wiki content.

Describe the solution you'd like
One possibility, given that we only need these folders in a subset of projects, is to create an nfportalutils function that could be run for each project that needs to have these folders .

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • make this part of project creation (all projects)
  • make this part of project creation (detect which projects anticipate submitting RNAseq or genomics data during intake, and only add to those projects).

Additional context
Discussed during standup 9/2/22.

assigning this to myself since I have a rudimentary script that could use this opportunity for some polish :)
