ofAction pipes are not triggered by attached actions #36

Actions attached with this lib can be dispatched, but they do not trigger any of the ofAction pipes provided by ngxs.

I migrated "some" of my actions to be attached. These actions do now not show up anymore in the action handlers.

Can someone confirm that behaviour?
