As this is a living database, new (primary and secondary) data attributes can be added in the future. During the manuscript review process the following were suggested.

Is it planned to include the geolocation (in terms of x,y coorinates instead of country/region) in the database in future? This could help to preserve the spatial linkage to the urban structure / morphology / history.
I suggest to add a data column for the type of structure, f.ex. Reinforced Concrete, Brick-Concrete, Wooden structure, Brick-wood etc. I think this would reduce the variation in material intensity values (especially for SFHs) and make data analysis easier.
