Some teams on the app have been discussing when to use what coloured tags, it would be good add some guidance around this.
The Scottish gov design system have recently updated their guidance on tag colours:
Using colour in status tags Do not use colour alone to convey a status as this is not accessible. You must also use a text label. Use the same colour for the same status wherever it’s used. The default colour for tags is blue. You can use other colours in tags to: help distinguish between tag statuses draw the user’s attention to a status that is critical – for example, you may want to use a red tag for an ‘urgent’ status
