The native top nav and the page body have the same background colour. Early in the process, we discussed animating in a divider line on scroll so that the visual design would be simple and clean on first load and also have enough structure after the user begins scrolling. This idea may have gotten lost somewhere along the way, so it would be worth discussing how to implement this.
