error on linux if pdftotext is not marked executable #18

steps to reproduce:

using an importer under linux and pdftotext is not marked executable

right now the error message to the user is unspecific for that error

fix should be:

check file permissions of pdftotext binary
make messagebox telling the user what to do

ni720 added the bug label

.net mono is not supported at the moment
