ビルディング -> Building
ビル -> Building
ヒルズ → Hills
タワー → Tower

Currently looking for a database that would contain such couples: http://opendata.stackexchange.com/questions/7520/japanese-gairaigo-database

Going even further, the same could be done with terms that have a known usual transliteration, examples:

セブンイレブン → Seven Eleven
（株）→ KK

Implementation ideas (or even pull requests) very welcome!
