Crash MMD version 1.1.11 PyCharm 4.5.3 community on Ubuntu Java 8 #247
Comments
Thank you for reporting this. Sorry, but I did not see it sooner. idea-multimarkdown lives at https://github.com/vsch/idea-multimarkdown. This repository is of the original idea-markdown plugin. I'll try to duplicate it in Ubuntu, but it looks like JavaFX crash during initialization. I had this in early versions but did not have the issue come up on the Mac since then. It is a crash in JavaFX native libraries, probably due to a bug in JavaFX or WebView. The workaround is to select 'Use Old Preview' in Settings > Other Settings > MultiMarkdown To avoid the crash you need to open PyCharm without opening a project with a markdown file opened so that it does not try to create a JavaFX preview tab. This is a pain because all IDEA's will restart with the previously opened project. Two ways around it:
I will let you know how it goes with duplicating it on Ubuntu on my system. |
Ok I'll try it at home ASAP. Thanks 2015-10-06 12:57 GMT+02:00 Vladimir Schneider [email protected]:
