Did you try to restart the service by pressing the Also, please consult the FAQ and try the common fixes you can find there. You didn't mention if you tried to run Fix My Valet, which may help. Additionally, you can try these:

If you upgraded I recommend restarting your system and seeing if the problem is gone. Sometimes there are PHP-FPM conflicts (i.e. a service remains running until a restart is done). After restarting your Mac, try this:
