If you run the Ansible playbook immediately after Terraform has finished, the Instances may be still in pending state.
The included bootstrap.yaml playbook waits until Bastion SSH become available.
Run Ansible commands from ./ansible subdirectory.
$ ansible-playbook site.yaml
