Updated specification of the `generic` attribute on basic and structs.
Changed specification on vercond about how it uses version numbers - it uses global variables.
Updated to reflect that field tags do not use version IDs, but instead use the version/user version/bs version numbers.
Added section on expressions and special tokens. Changed heading levels to represent the tag structure in the xml file.
Minor update to template and arg attributes of field.
