[request] please dont recalculator frequently used emojis until emoji window closes

Please change the behavior of frequently used emojis. Make it so the order changes just when the window closes or reopens. Why? Spamming emjois with shift makes the order change on the fly, and you cant spam the emoji because the order changes.
