Tries to create home directory at wrong path #4

I have tested this on RHEL 6.5 and CentOS 7.1

  ssh_keys::user{'abc':
    manage_ssh_dir => true,
  }

This tried to create directory in /abc/.ssh instead of /home/abc/.ssh
