Tab focused? Tab in the background? Music playing?

Tab focused. Not in the background. No music playing other than the in-game music.

Edit: I've only experienced the stuttering once. That was after a few intensive rounds of playing with 2-5 players. As far as I remember, the first 1-3 rounds didn't have any stuttering.
