compliment provides more features than clojure-complete and is actively maintained. As this project seems dormant I guess it makes sense to formally deprecated it in favour of compliment.

Btw, these days there's also https://github.com/nrepl/incomplete, which is essentially a drop-in replacement for clojure-complete, that I've created mostly for those who don't want to invest time in adapting their code to compliment's API.
