[Question] Custom form theme using _entry_row suffix

Hi everyone 👋

Small question about using a custom theme, I currently need to use a form theme that define a custom template when it comes to the _entry_row part of the collection.

Problem is, the lib seems to not be able to detect a new entry and the "index" of the new entry start at 0 even if I already have an entry, any idea/solution to make it start from 1 ? 🤔
