all issues for this milestone are just a general outline of our goals, to be broken into better defined tasks later on.

in this case, it means:

  1. Fix duplicates in the feed (hopefully implementing Switch to a plan-centered instead of gush-centered data model #58 should help this)
  2. Include better location data (at the street address level) in the feed (we'll have this when we do Switch to scraping Ministry of Interior site instead of MMI #57)

and if all goes well, also

  1. implement an FB feed for each municipality
  2. add visual (map, tasrit) elements to the feed
