Anyone else have an issue with a delay?

I have a 2019 Subaru Impreza and a Raspberry PI 4B. I have not tested phone calls yet, only music and Maps. So far it's been decent. I had a few hiccups in the beginning but for some reason it is working fine now.

Anyway, I accidentally hit source on my steering wheel so I hit source again to change it back so I can continue listening to the music I was listening to. When I did that the device got a 15-second lag. For example, I would change songs and it would take 15 seconds before it responded. It would keep playing the current song. Everything I did was delayed by 15 seconds. My resolution was that I hit source and then source again and it corrected itself.
