Feature request: Allow cast items to need specific LORE tags.

I'd like to use sticks as magic wands, but I don't want all sticks to have the same spells. I'd like to have a wand of fireballs, a wand of leap, etc. etc.

You can do this with item names and stuff, I have made different types of wands and made it so that a regular stick cannot be used as a wand. But lore tags would also be cool.
