問題を説明する

タイトルとかの文字列は基本l10nを通して多言語対応しておきたい。

解決策を説明する

まずはCoreとかに１つ作成して、使っていきたい。
今後FeaturePackageごとに分けたくなったら、そのとき考えましょう。
