I guess it has been removed from nixpkgs

error: attribute 'nodejs-8_x' missing

       at /home/manu/dev/stuff/pnpm2nix/default.nix:2:12:

            1| { pkgs ? import <nixpkgs> {}
            2| , nodejs ? pkgs.nodejs-8_x
             |            ^
            3| , nodePackages ? pkgs.nodePackages_8_x
