I'm thinking that perhaps enumerations.hpp should just be integrated into the rest of GNDStk. (And in particular it would use GNDStk's log:: functions, which use Log:: under the hood but can also colorize the diagnostics messages.) Integrating it into GNDStk would make things simpler, and we'd no longer need the utility/ directory.
