Add functionality to perform an automated QA check after each gather.

Key ideas:

auto QA could include a combination of suitable available opensource automated mechanisms, newly developed code to check against prior gathers and/or the live site, checks for missing links or other common errors, and artificial intelligence. The combination of these could contribute to a confidence score.
if the confidence of the auto-QA was high enough, it could automatically archive and skip manual QA.
