[ENHANCEMENT] Trade Block Information Availability

Describe the solution you'd like
As part of the Sleeper data import available, the players posted to the active trading block by managers would be a handy piece of information to have available on the site (to encourage more traffic to the site)

I have not considered alternatives other than providing a link to the Sleeper site's Trade page.

Additional context
Ideally, it would be nice to have a section available by Manager showing the players they have on their trading block. Similar to the Manager's page, but with a dynamic display:

• Mobile: a 1x12 vertical display by each manager
• Tablet: a 3x4 more distributed display
• Desktop: a 4x3 distributed display

Make this page available under the League Info menu as well as in the footer menu.

As an alternative to creating a whole new page for the trading block, adding a Trading Block icon beside a player's name in the Rosters page similar to this mock up:
