role branch (CHEBI:50906) has many irrelevant children

Remove all classes under application except NMR chemical shift reference compound and solvent
remove biological role
remove all classes under chemical role except NMR chemical shift reference compound and solvent
Add skos:atLabel to enable adding the word "role" whenever missing
