Mouse Middle Button Drag binding problem [bug]

Description

Binding "Mouse Middle Button Drag" with any modifier (for example "Command") to any action (for example "Spaces and Mission Control") blocks the normal use of the middle button click

Steps to reproduce

1. Open MMF settings
2. Go to Buttons tab
3. Keep Ctrl pressed and drag with the mouse middle button
4. Bind it to "Spaces and Mission Control"
5. Open firefox (or any browser)
6. Middle click a tab (without pressing Ctrl). It would normally close it but now it doesn't
