[Bug] Crashing if I throw a grenade and die.

If I have a grenade on hold in my hand or just let go of the grenade, but I die because someone killed me the game crashes.

Hi, can you compile with ./build-debug and load Fuzion with ./debug? Also, post a backtrace of this issue if it is possible. I can't reproduce it by myself.
