Consider future node.js trademark policy as part of reconciliation #31

Description

@trademark-question

Currently there is discussion of merging io.js with the announced node.js foundation.

Whilst under the proposed reconciliation guidelines the io.js TC will retain much of it's current independence and structure, things like trademark policy will be controlled by the board.

My concern is that the board which is made up of large corporations such as microsoft, ibm and sap will not open up the current trademark policy and simply replace joyent with node.js foundation.

My primary concern with the current policy is the following paragraph

Any sort of use in commerce (other than community events and merchandise such as T-shirts
related to such events as set forth in this policy), such as promoting a Platform-as-a-Service or
professional services offering by using the Node.js mark, does require a written license
agreement.

Could the future of the trademark policy be included as part of the reconciliation process.
