解决一下严格模式问题 #610

当项目中tsconfig.json开启严格模式 "strict": true 的时候，
引入的pinus相关的ts文件也会报相关的语法错误。

无法通过exclude或者skipLibCheck等方式解决。
查了下好像是如果直接引入的是ts文件，则无法排除。如果是.d.ts才会有作用
microsoft/TypeScript#41883

处理一下pinus相关项目中，严格模式语法问题。
不然工程项目开启严格模式，pinus代码会跟着一起报错。

不是大问题不影响使用，但希望能解决一下
