Public participation

We stream our conference call straight to YouTube so anyone can listen to it live, it should start playing at https://www.youtube.com/c/nodejs+foundation/live when we turn it on. There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to before we can start recording & streaming. So be patient and it should show up.

I won't be able to join this week. #1382 can be moved to announcements. More than half of the TSC supports #1390 as far as I can tell, with no oppositions, so no vote is necessary. There has been no visible activity in #1376 or #1178.

It seems I've problems (again) in getting the password for this :(.
I think the password changed and I can't seem to get access to 1password.

@mcollina I don't think the password has changed, but it does sometimes require an email authentication. You do seem to be in the zoom-nodejs mail alias so you should have gotten any required authentication code.
