Import not working - refresh #297

I am having some issues when trying to use the Import feature. I select the Newsletter and Click Next, but the page just refreshes.

The address bar tries to load:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=_wpr/importexport&subact=step1

But goes back to:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=_wpr/importexport

Any ideas?

The website we are using the plugin on is http://www.dfwteamrealty.com
