Change the way permissions are applied to a team. The current method is to highlight the required permissions required for the team. Rather than this method which can be confusing and not obvious to a new organization manager I'd suggest changing this to a more familiar two box system. One box contains a list of all permissions available and the other contains the list of permissions applied. between this would be the familiar two arrow for apply and remove in between them.
The intent is that the manager would highlight individual or multiple permissions from the left box and then apply them. The applied permissions would then appear in the right box.
