As a Data Browser user, I want to intuitively understand how to add opening hours.

How the Issue came up:
When I tried to insert opening hours for an entry in the "Public transport ticket vending points" dataset, I was unable to do so because I did not realize that I needed to click the pen icon under the "Settings" section.

Other Data Browser users might also encounter this UX issue.

Potential solution:
To improve usability, a possible, simple, solution is to separate the "Settings" and the tool for accessing "Opening Hours" into distinct columns, as shown in the proposal below:
