We need a document, that describes for external developers which requirements exist to have a web component at the end that can be published on the store. This involves two perspectives, the one of the developer, source code structure and needed files, and the second of the final workflow how developers can get in contact with us, and what we need from them to publish their work.
Finally, we need to connect the boilerplate README with the new documentation and vice-versa. I would remove the getting-started page and just link it to our wiki page. Otherwise we might have outdated documentation soon, or two documents that are nearly the same but hardly in-sync.
