按照安装方法，拷入文件后，系统就只能停留在锁屏界面，一解锁就重启。

我的也是8.3的越狱机，没有重启的问题呢

你的设备是神马型号

5c 8.3 还是停留在那个锁屏。应该不是重启，就是出现一个白苹果，就到锁屏页面了，这个过程很快。

或许你可以连下设备看下log，看有没有什么线索
