Oops, some files in folder "api/x86" were ignored and not commited to the repository. Try fetch or pull from remote and compile projects TradeApi, TradeApi64, MdApi, MdApi64. Then copy "x86" and "amd64" folders in "api" to the output folder where your main program is, and copy 32-bit and 64-bit TradeApi.dll and MdApi.dll to "x86" or "amd64" in the main output folder.
