Omnisend. We should not process events when the plugin is not configured #7472

nopCommerce version: 4.80.1

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Install nopCommerce
  2. Edit any product in admin area
  3. See system logs. You'll see "Misc.Omnisend configuration error" - Failed to get the required data from the Omnisend server. Please check if the API key is correct and save the settings again. Error details can be found in the Log page

We should not process events when the plugin is not configured (not used by a merchant)
