  1. Add a boolean property witch only a manager can change. If the property is on all accounts on the site needs to have OTP activated.
  2. If a person forgot his password the manager could temporaly switch of the OTP for the current account. When the user have changed his password the OTP automatic switch on again.

Will think of something for this, to make it as simple as possible, functionality and code-wise 👍
