Feature request: File picker on click

I don't usually have a file browser that supports dragging files, so it would be cool if clicking the "Drag SVG here" prompt would open the (system native, no need to be fancy) file picker.

+1, I sometimes want to use Saxi from my iPad but can't drag SVG's from there. I 'll try to see if I can implement it. Will make a PR if it works.
