Missing capital ligatures in Noto Sans Old Hungarian font, and there is a must to remove Left-to-Right glyphs.
Throughout history there have been 1 or 2 finds with Old Hungarian (fragment) text written from left to right. However, there was also text written from top to bottom. The standard clearly specifies only the right-to-left form as correct.

@soosistvangithub This has been a pretty heated discussion, however I know nothing about this so I mentioned the people in charge of Noto in #2406. Hopefully they will reply soon.
