Does this feature exist in another mail client or tool you use?

mailspring 1.7.5-1, outlook, yahoo, gmail, yandex but not on yahoo.

I did have this feature working (ported official translation package to Yandex.Translate from getmailspring.com API which is basically a proxy to it) but it requires an API key to be provided.

Unfortunately, this package also doesn't really work when installed as an addon which means a major rewrite is needed. :(
