Allow supporting blockquote inside a list

Describe the issue
Blockquotes are not currently rendered correctly when used inside list items. The output does not treat blockquotes nested within lists properly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a list item.
2. Insert a blockquote inside the list.
3. Compile to HTML.
4. See that the blockquote does not render properly.

Expected behavior
Blockquotes should render correctly inside list items, maintaining their formatting.

Additional context
This feature should support any depth of nesting for blockquotes within lists.
