To replicate the result presented in our paper do the following:
- Generate SEIR simulations by following the instructions on CreateSimulations.ipynb
- Fit the simulations to data as described in FitSEIR.ipynb
- Maximize the marginal likelihood and produce a distribution for the end of social distanceing by following SIRdsitributionEstimation.ipynb
