[nrf noup] boards: thingy53: disable GPIO ISR support

Change disables GPIO interrupt support in Zephyr GPIO driver, which is not obligatory for MCUboot. This is needed to reduce memory footprint. Signed-off-by: Nikodem Kastelik <[email protected]>
