Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'm always frustrated when I look at nspcc-dev/neofs-http-gw#255. REST gateway has inherited this problem along with the API. We needed it for compatibility, but we also need to solve it eventually.

Describe the solution you'd like

Provide an API with headers passed via some different mechanism.
