Current Behavior

I'm always frustrated when I can't use offset in object /search request properly (nspcc-dev/panel-fs-neo-org#228 (comment)).

Pagination for @nspcc-dev/panel-fs-neo-org does not work correctly because every time offset parameter is changed a different list of objects is returned.

Expected Behavior

Pagination works well.

I doubt we can solve this without nspcc-dev/neofs-api#306.
